Collecting your wristband

Before accessing Sónar 2024, you need to head to festival check-in and exchange your ticket for a wristband.

If you have a ticket for Sónar by Night, you can check in at Fira Montjuïc (Sónar by Day), which means you’ll be able to access the Sónar by Night venue directly on Friday 14th and Saturday 15th June.

Your wristband is the only way to access Sónar 2024, as well as how you’ll pay at the festival (via SonarCashless). You can top up your SonarCashless balance as many times as you like, both before and after the festival.

Important: We do not allow you to pick up wristbands for friends or colleagues: only the stated ticketholder may pick up the festival wristband. Please remember to keep your wristband visible once inside the festival.

You can check in and collect your wristband from Tuesday 11th June until Saturday 15th June at Hotel ME by Melía (C/ Casp, 1-13, 08010, Barcelona)  from 10.30am to 2.30pm and from 4.30pm to 8.30pm. 

Important: if you have any type of Sónar+D or VIP multi-day pass (Sónar by Day Pass, SonarPass+D, SonarPass VIP, SonarPass+D VIP), you’ll need to check in at Fira Montjuïc in order to collect your badge and/or official Sónar bag. 

Minors at Sónar 2024

Minors between 16 and 17 years old are allowed to attend Sónar by Day and Sónar by Night, provided they do not consume alcohol or tobacco. Any illegal consumption of tobacco or alcohol by a minor within Sónar by Day or Sónar by Night may lead to their expulsion from the venue. Sónar reserves the right to request a national identity card or passport as proof of age both at the venue entrance or at any time once inside the venue.

Minors aged 15 years or under are allowed to attend Sónar by Day, provided they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Parents or legal guardians must fill out two copies of this form. One copy must be handed in at check-in and the other kept on their person at all times during Sónar by Day. Sónar reserves the right to request this form at any time during Sónar by Day..
