General Terms and Conditions Applicable to Sónar and the Sale of Tickets
  1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These TERMS AND CONDITIONS - SÓNAR 2027 (hereinafter, the Terms and Conditions) apply to the Event advertised on this Website.

It is very important that you read these Terms and Conditions carefully (as well as the Event’s Particular Conditions, which you will find on the Website and in the Event information available through the Authorised Sales Channel) before placing any order or making any use of Tickets for the Event, because, by ACQUIRING, HOLDING, USING or INTENDING TO USE any Ticket for the Event, YOU FULLY ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.

For this reason, if you do not agree with each and every one of the Terms and Conditions (or with the Event’s Particular Conditions), you must not acquire, hold, use or intend to use a Ticket for the Event.

For all matters relating to the personal data you provide as a user of our Website or during the purchase process, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which you will find on the Website.

2. DEFINITIONS

Below we set out the definitions that apply to these Terms and Conditions, in order to make them easier to understand:

Authorised Sales Channel: The sales channel or channels through which you may purchase Tickets for the Event, which are EXCLUSIVELY: (i) Online sale: Bleep; (ii) Physical sale: ticket offices located at the entrances to the Venue on the day of the Event (provided that the Event is not sold out and there is availability).

Access Conditions: The conditions for access to and stay at the Event, detailed in Section “5.5. RIGHT OF ADMISSION”.

  1. TICKET AND WRISTBAND

All Tickets and Wristbands shall be the property of the Organising Entity.

3. TICKETS

3.1.1. TICKET TYPES

There are several Ticket Types for accessing the Event.

Not all Ticket Types go on sale at the same time, and therefore this information may vary depending on the time at which you access the Authorised Sales Channel.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The Ticket Type not only determines which Event Session(s) you may access, but also establishes the add-ons to which it grants entitlement beyond access itself (for example, fast-lane access to the Venue, access to VIP areas or access to the backstage of a stage —only in the cases and with the Artists where permitted—, inclusion of drinks, etc.).

It is very important that you carefully read the information we provide on the Website and through the Authorised Sales Channel in order to choose the Ticket Type you wish to acquire. By purchasing a Ticket, the user declares that they have read, understood and accepted all the information relating to the Ticket Type acquired.

Among the Ticket Types, the Flex Ticket type may be offered: a flexible Ticket which, unlike the other Ticket Types, allows refunds under the terms set out in the Section “WITHDRAWAL, CHANGES OR REFUNDS”. The availability of this type will be indicated in the Event’s Particular Conditions and through the Authorised Sales Channel.

It is the responsibility of the user of the Authorised Sales Channels or of the acquirer of a Ticket to check the age restrictions, accessibility conditions, and other terms and conditions that apply to the purchase and/or use of the Ticket and to the Event (which are set out in these Terms and Conditions and in the Event’s Particular Conditions).

The Organising Entity reserves the right to modify the prices of each Ticket Type at any time. Tickets will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time of their acquisition through the Authorised Sales Channel. Ticket prices may vary based on objective factors, such as the sales phase, demand, availability, proximity to the Event date or the Ticket Type. Under no circumstances will such variations affect Tickets already acquired.

3.1.2. AUTHORISED SALES CHANNELS

Only Tickets acquired through the Authorised Sales Channels shall be valid (without prejudice to those provided directly by the Organising Entity).

IMPORTANT: The Organising Entity is NOT responsible for Tickets acquired through any means or channel other than the Authorised Sales Channels (including resales not carried out within the same Authorised Sales Channel).

The Authorised Sales Channels may be operated by a third party (in particular, in the case of online ticketing platforms such as Bleep), in which case the sales process is additionally governed by their own terms and conditions (which may include the need to have an account on the platform or the conditions applicable to payment systems and gateways).

In the Event’s Particular Conditions (contained on the Website or in the Authorised Sales Channel itself) you will find information on how to download and display your Ticket to access the Event.

The Ticket price shown in the Authorised Sales Channels is the final price, and includes all taxes and costs associated with the purchase, including, where applicable, management fees, with no hidden additional charges.

Exceptionally, if any additional cost were to apply for any Authorised Sales Channel or additional service, it will be reported clearly, transparently and prior to the payment process, in accordance with the applicable consumer regulations.

3.1.3. RESALE AND/OR PROMOTIONAL USES

Tickets are for the strictly personal use of the acquirer and/or the authorised Attendee.

The resale, assignment, transfer or allocation of Tickets to third parties is not permitted, whether for profit or free of charge, unless the Organising Entity expressly authorises it in writing or specifically enables this option through one of the Authorised Sales Channels, which would be clearly indicated in the Event’s Particular Conditions.

Any Ticket that has been the subject of unauthorised resale, assignment or transfer may be cancelled, with access to the Event being denied or the bearer being expelled from the Venue, without any right to refund or compensation whatsoever.

Possession of a Ticket does not confer any right to use it for advertising, promotional, commercial or marketing purposes, including contests, raffles, giveaways or joint sale with other goods or services, except with the express written authorisation of the Organising Entity.

Failure to comply with the provisions of this section shall entitle the Organising Entity to claim the damages caused.

3.1.4. WITHDRAWAL, CHANGES OR REFUNDS

Once you have acquired your Ticket, and as a general rule, no refunds will be accepted for any reason, except: (i) in the case of Tickets acquired under the Flex Ticket type, under the terms and conditions set out in this Section; and (ii) in the cases expressly provided for in Section “14. CANCELLATIONS”.

Refund of Flex Ticket Tickets. Tickets acquired under the Flex Ticket type will be eligible for a refund provided that the refund request is made before 1 March 2027. After that date, Flex Ticket Tickets will not be refundable. Refund requests will be processed through the Authorised Sales Channel or the contact address indicated on the Website and, once verified, the refund will be made for the full amount of the Ticket, using the same payment method used for the purchase. This refund option applies exclusively to Tickets of the Flex Ticket type and does not extend to any other Ticket Type. The refund of Flex Ticket Tickets constitutes a voluntary commercial policy of the Organising Entity, independent of the statutory right of withdrawal referred to in the following paragraph.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 103.l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the acquirer of a Ticket does not have a right of withdrawal, as this is a service related to leisure activities providing for a specific date or period of performance.

In the case of changes to Ticket details and/or add-ons:

The modification of the Ticket holder’s details and/or of the add-ons associated with it (where technically possible) may be subject to payment of an additional cost, the specific amount or objective criteria for determining which will be reported clearly and prior to confirmation of the change, with the applicant having to expressly accept that cost before the modification is carried out. The Organising Entity reserves the right to reject change requests based on proximity to the date of the Event Session, the Ticket type, or for duly justified operational reasons communicated to the applicant, such as technical limitations of the sales platform, exhaustion of availability of the requested type, or the closing of management deadlines prior to the Event.

3.1.5. FRAUDULENT TICKETS

The Organising Entity shall have the right to deny access to the Venue to the bearer of a Ticket if any anomaly is detected in it (including duplicated and/or counterfeit tickets). The detection of any fraudulent use of the Ticket will be prosecuted in accordance with current legislation.

Any Ticket sold, transferred, used or assigned in breach of these Terms and Conditions (or, where applicable, the Event’s Particular Conditions) may be cancelled, and access may be denied or any person who attempts to use it or uses it may be expelled from the Venue (without any right to refund or compensation).

3.1.6. TICKET ISSUES

For any issue with your Ticket, you may contact:

  • Issues related to obtaining, downloading or assigning the Ticket to the end user (prior to the start of the Event): support channels indicated in the Authorised Sales Channel itself.

  • Issues once the Event has started will be handled at the point located at the Venue entrances.

3.2. WRISTBANDS

3.2.1. OBTAINING THE WRISTBAND AT THE EVENT ACCESS POINTS

To access the Event Venue you must exchange your Ticket at the Event access lanes or at the accreditation points distributed around the city of Barcelona for a Wristband. If you buy your Ticket at the Venue ticket offices, the Wristband will be fitted directly.

Modified, broken Tickets, Tickets with signs of counterfeiting, or in which any kind of anomaly is detected, will not be accepted.

3.2.2. FITTING, KEEPING AND USE OF THE WRISTBAND

The Wristband will NOT be handed over; rather, it will be fitted to the Attendee by the access control staff. Therefore, each Attendee must personally obtain their Wristband at the access lanes or at the accreditation points distributed around the city of Barcelona, and Wristbands may not be collected for other people.

There is a single Wristband per Ticket. Once your Ticket has been exchanged, you must keep your Wristband (fitted at the access lane) for all the days you are entitled to access Event Sessions.

Any manipulation or exchange of Wristbands is prohibited.

The Wristband is the only valid item that entitles the Attendee to access and remain at the Venue.

The Organising Entity is not responsible for the breakage, loss or improper manipulation of the Wristband, it being the Attendee’s responsibility to keep it at all times, since its loss, manipulation or breakage will make it impossible to access or remain at the Venue.

It is the Attendee’s responsibility to verify that the Wristband is perfectly closed at the time it is fitted, since a broken or manipulated Wristband will under no circumstances be changed or replaced by another.

3.2.3. WRISTBAND ISSUES

For any issue with your Wristband, you may contact the issues point located at the Venue entrances.

4. AGE TO ACCESS THE EVENT

General Rule: The minimum age to access the Event is 18 years of age completed. Access to the Venue will not be permitted to minors.

The Organising Entity reserves the right to request that the Attendee show their national identity document, passport or equivalent official documentation evidencing their age, both at the Venue access points and subsequently inside it.

Any breach of the age restrictions may result in access to the Venue being denied to the holder or user of the Ticket, or their stay therein, without any right to refund or compensation whatsoever.

Other exceptions: The Event’s Particular Conditions may contemplate other age-related cases applicable to the Event.

5. ACCESS TO THE VENUE AND RIGHT OF ADMISSION

5.1. NEED FOR A FITTED WRISTBAND IN GOOD CONDITION

To access the Venue you must have the Wristband properly fitted on your wrist. Access (or stay) at the Venue will not be permitted without a Wristband, or with visibly manipulated, damaged or broken Wristbands. If your Wristband is valid for several Event Sessions you must keep it for all the days in order to access each of the Event Sessions to which it grants access.

5.2. ITEMS NOT PERMITTED IN THE VENUE

The Organising Entity may restrict entry into the Venue of any item that may be dangerous, unsafe, unhealthy or whose use may contravene these Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, the Event’s Particular Conditions.

In accordance with current legislation, Attendees (and the bags, handbags, backpacks or similar with which they wish to enter the Venue) may be searched by the Event’s security staff in order to prevent the entry of these items.

An Indicative List of Items Not Permitted in the Venue is included below:

5.3. SEARCHES AND SECURITY MEASURES

For reasons of safety, risk prevention and in compliance with current regulations, the Organising Entity informs that accredited security staff may carry out superficial searches (pat-downs) of Attendees, as well as the inspection of bags, backpacks or personal effects, upon access to the Venue or during the stay therein.

Such searches will be carried out in a proportionate, respectful manner and in accordance with the law, and their sole purpose is to guarantee the safety of Attendees, artists, workers and of the Event itself.

Refusal to undergo these security measures may result in denial of access to the Venue or expulsion therefrom, without any right to refund or compensation whatsoever.

5.4. ACTIVITIES/CONDUCT NOT PERMITTED AT THE EVENT

Any type of activity or conduct that the Organising Entity considers may be dangerous, unsafe, unhealthy or that may contravene these Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, the Event’s Particular Conditions, is prohibited.

An Indicative List of Activities and/or Conduct not permitted at the Event is included below:

  • Street vending or any other type of commercial activity (except those expressly contracted/authorised by the Organising Entity within the framework of the organisation and operation of the Event). The admission conditions will be communicated visibly to the public.

In particular, the Organising Entity reserves the right to deny access to or stay at the Venue to Attendees who:

  • Contravene the objective instructions of the Organising Entity (and in particular, of the Event’s security staff) applicable generally to all the public, and aimed at guaranteeing the proper development and operation of the Event, and the safety and wellbeing of both Attendees and the artists and workers thereof.

  • Carry out non-permitted behaviour or conduct (as described in Section 5.4 above). In particular, the Organising Entity reserves the right to deny access to the Venue to any person who behaves aggressively, violently, who causes altercations or disturbances or who publicly incites hatred, violence or discrimination, at the entrance or surroundings of the Venue (without it being necessary for such conduct to have taken place inside the Venue).

Likewise, it may entail the immediate removal of the Wristband (which will remain in the possession of the Organising Entity with no possibility of being reused).

5.6. CLOSING OF VENUE ACCESS

The Venue access gates will close one (1) hour before the end of the programming of each day. Consequently, access to the Festival will not be permitted after 02:00 on Thursday, nor after 06:00 on Friday and Saturday. Once access has been closed, the Attendee will not be able to access the venue, regardless of whether they hold a valid ticket or season pass, without any right to refund or compensation whatsoever.

6. CAPACITIES

The Venue, and within it, its different areas, have a limited capacity that will be controlled by the Event staff, such that once this limit is reached access will be cut off. People may only access the Venue when the capacity is not full. Likewise, Attendees with a Ticket Type that permits access to a specific area within the Venue may only access that area when its capacity is not full. Consequently, the Organising Entity will in no case be responsible for the inability of certain Attendees to access the Venue or a specific area within it at a given time, if these are at full capacity.

7. RE-ENTRY

General rule: During a single Festival Session, the Attendee may leave the Venue and re-enter once (1) per day, provided that the exit occurred before 23:00 and the re-entry is made before the entry deadline established for each Festival Session. Once the first exit has occurred, any subsequent exit or any exit made from 23:00 onwards will prevent return to the Venue, without any right to refund or compensation whatsoever.

VIP ticket types exception: Attendees holding a VIP Ticket (or equivalent Type that expressly so provides in the Festival’s Particular Conditions) may enter and leave the Venue as many times as they deem appropriate, always within the schedules of each Festival Session and before the entry deadline established for it.

Medical cases: In the event of having to leave for medical reasons (for example, to administer medication that cannot be carried), the Attendee must contact a member of the Organising Entity in advance.

In any case, Re-entry control will be carried out by means of the Attendee’s Wristband.

8. ACCESS OF ANIMALS TO THE VENUE

As a general rule, access to the Venue with animals is not permitted. Persons with special needs may contact the Organising Entity through the contact form they will find on the Website, or through the email address sonar@sonar.es.

9. PAYMENT METHODS PERMITTED WITHIN THE VENUE

The payment systems accepted in the Venue are as follows:

a) Card payment;

Attendees may pay for products or services directly at the bars or enabled points of sale by card;

b) Cash payment;

Attendees wishing to make cash payments must go to a specific point enabled for this purpose, called “CASH POINT”, where they may top up a personalised QR code that will act as a means of payment within the Venue.

At the CASH POINT, the Attendee will hand over the amount of cash they wish, which will be associated with the QR code. The maximum amount per top-up will, as a general rule, be TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY EUROS (€250), without prejudice to the Organising Entity’s ability to modify this limit at any time.

The QR code may be provided in physical and/or digital format, including by sending it via email, SMS or other enabled electronic means (such as instant messaging applications). Likewise, the Attendee may receive a link where they can consult the transactions carried out with that QR code.

The QR code may be used at the Venue points of sale as a means of payment, being read by the devices enabled for this purpose, which will operate in a manner equivalent to a card payment system.

The Attendee may make additional balance top-ups at any time during the Event, by going again to the CASH POINT.

Refund of remaining balance:

Once the Event has ended, the Attendee may request the refund of the remaining balance associated with their QR code. The refund may be made: (i) in person, by going to the CASH POINT on the day of the Event, where the QR will be read and the amount refunded in cash; or (ii) electronically, by means of a request addressed to the Organising Entity through the email address cash.point@sonar.es within a maximum period of seven (7) calendar days from the end of the Event.

In any case, the refund of the remaining balance will be free of charge and will not be subject to any charge, fee or management commission. The Organising Entity will make the repayment within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the request.

Prohibition of other means of payment:

IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO PAY FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE WITHIN THE VENUE THROUGH A PAYMENT METHOD OTHER THAN THOSE INDICATED ABOVE (INCLUDING BIZUM OR ANY TYPE OF EXCHANGE).

10. FOOD AND BEVERAGE POINTS OF SALE

In order to guarantee the safety, hygiene and healthiness of Attendees (including food safety), the entry of drinks into the Event Venue is not permitted (except for water in plastic bottles of a maximum of 500 ml without a cap).

The Venue will have:

(i) free drinking water points.

(ii) points of sale for both drinks and food.

Reusable cup policy:

As part of our commitment to sustainability and the environment, a reusable cup policy has been implemented.

In this regard, unless otherwise provided or specifically regulated in the Event’s Particular Conditions, the Event will have reusable cups, which will be made available to Attendees for a deposit. In order to acquire drinks within the Event, Attendees must necessarily have one of these reusable cups.

The operation of the system will be as follows:

  • a) When acquiring a drink, the Attendee will pay the deposit corresponding to the reusable cup and will receive, together with their drink, one (1) token evidencing payment of that deposit, which will remain valid throughout the Event.

  • b) The Attendee may request the exchange of their cup for a clean one when acquiring new drinks, handing in the used cup at the bar and receiving in exchange a clean cup together with the drink requested.

  • c) The used cups collected at the bars will be removed for cleaning, sanitisation and reuse in future editions of the Event, in accordance with the sustainability policy described.

  • d) At the end of the Event, the Attendee may return the reusable cup together with the token, at which point the deposit amount will be repaid to the person who makes the return.

The loss, deterioration or non-presentation of the token and/or the reusable cup at the time of return will entail the loss of the right to repayment of the deposit.

11. LOCKERS

In the event that the Event has a Lockers point, where Attendees may leave, UNDER THEIR EXCLUSIVE RESPONSIBILITY, their belongings during each Event Session, the following will apply:

  • Using the Lockers is NOT free. The Attendee must pay the corresponding fee each time they wish to use it.

  • The Organising Entity is NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY CASE for the belongings that Attendees leave in the Lockers (including theft, loss or damage).

  • The Lockers operate on a self-service basis. The Attendee may only open the Locker with the token, code or system provided at the time of storing their belongings.

  • The Organising Entity does not guarantee that there will be availability in the Lockers for you to leave your belongings, since space is limited.

This service may be provided by a third party, in which case the Attendee wishing to make use of it must accept the terms and conditions of the service provider.

Once the festival has ended, and in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law, all lost items will be handed over directly to the relevant authorities. To recover your belongings, go to the Guàrdia Urbana from Thursday 25 June.

The Guàrdia Urbana police station of L’Hospitalet de Llobregat (C/ Canigó, 10 - 08901, L’Hospitalet de Llobregat). Telephone: 93 402 96 26.

12. TRANSPORT AND PARKING

Travel to reach the Event, as well as the parking of vehicles, are at the account and risk of the Ticket holder.

As part of our commitment to the planet and the environment, we advise and urge the use of public transport.

13. CHANGES TO THE EVENT’S PARTICULAR CONDITIONS

The Event is made up of a variety of artists and performances.

The Organising Entity will endeavour to maintain the line-up and schedules of the Event and of the artists proposed. Nevertheless, all of these may be subject to variations due to the Event’s own needs or for reasons beyond the will of the Organising Entity.

The Organising Entity reserves the right to modify the programming, which it will communicate to Attendees as far in advance as possible through the Website, Social Media and, where possible, by individualised communication.

Such changes will in no case give rise to the right to obtain a refund or reimbursement of the price of the Ticket acquired.

14. CANCELLATIONS

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, causes of force majeure shall be deemed to include, among others, weather alerts, orders, recommendations or restrictions imposed by public authorities, risks to the safety of persons or property, as well as any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Organising Entity that makes the holding of the Event or its continuity inadvisable.

Total Cancellation of an Event Session

In the event of total cancellation of an Event Session, the following will apply:

  • (i) The Organising Entity will notify the Ticket acquirers as soon as possible, it being the responsibility of the acquirers to inform themselves as to whether the Event has been postponed, rescheduled or cancelled, and where applicable, of the new dates or Venue at which it will take place.

  • (ii) Attendees will be refunded the Ticket price corresponding to the Event Session that has been cancelled in its entirety. This refund will be partial in the case of Tickets that additionally grant access to Event Sessions that have not been cancelled, and it will be the Organising Entity that determines the portion of the Ticket price corresponding to the cancelled Event Session, applying objective criteria.

  • (iii) In the case of rescheduling, the Organising Entity may offer the acquirer the option of keeping the Ticket for the rescheduled Event Session. Likewise, the acquirer may be offered the possibility of exchange for another (or other) event(s) organised by the Organising Entity or its group.

  • (iv) IT WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TICKET ACQUIRER TO REQUEST THE REFUND, within the time and in the manner indicated by the Organising Entity, and to provide all the information that the Organising Entity may require for this purpose.

Partial cancellations

In the event that it is necessary to suspend or partially cancel an Event Session due to (i) fortuitous causes, (ii) causes of force majeure and/or (iii) causes of any other nature that, being beyond the control of the Organising Entity, recommend cancellation (such as reasons of safety, weather alert, prudence and/or risk to third parties), no refund will be available. The foregoing applies to:

  • (i) If, once the Event Session has started, it is stopped or not completed.

  • (ii) If the start time of any Event Session is delayed.

Poor weather conditions and schedule changes within each of the Event Sessions also do not give rise to the right to a refund or reimbursement (neither total nor partial) of the Ticket amount.

15. COVID-19 AND OTHER TRANSMISSIBLE VIRUSES OR DISEASES

The acquirer of a Ticket acknowledges the risks (known and potential) of the virus known as COVID-19, or other easily transmissible viruses or diseases, and understands that: (a) such risks increase with proximity to other people; (b) such risks cannot be completely eliminated within the framework of the Event; (c) there is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 (or other easily transmissible viruses or diseases) in any public place or place where people are present; and (d) there is no guarantee (express or implied) that they will not be exposed to COVID-19 (or other transmissible viruses or diseases) if they access the Event Venue.

The Organising Entity reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to put in place, modify or remove measures related to the COVID-19 virus and other easily transmissible viruses or diseases, at any time (before or during the holding of the Event), and in particular in response to the latest guidelines, recommendations or legislation of the competent authorities.

The Organising Entity reserves the right not to permit access to (or to expel from) the Venue any person who refuses to comply with the measures applicable to the Event related to the COVID-19 virus or other easily transmissible viruses or diseases.

16. RECORDINGS DURING THE EVENT

BY ATTENDEES

Attendees acknowledge and accept that the Organising Entity holds and owns all intellectual property, industrial and any other rights, including image rights, derived, directly or indirectly, from the performances (artistic or of any other type) that take place on the occasion of the holding of the Event, without territorial or temporal limitation, and without any limitation other than those set out in the Intellectual Property Law in force.

The capture, fixation or recording of images or sounds for commercial purposes of any kind is strictly prohibited.

The Organising Entity may expel any person who breaches the foregoing obligation without this giving rise to any right to a refund of the Ticket amount.

BY THE ORGANISING ENTITY (OR OTHER EVENT COLLABORATORS)

In the Venue there may be staff with cameras (both photo and video) and other professional systems for recording images and sound, as well as the presence of media. All these professionals are authorised to make recordings and registrations (visual, audio or audiovisual), which may be published or disseminated publicly (by the Organising Entity or by third parties), through any communication medium, including television, social media, websites, etc.

By accessing the Event, you accept being photographed, filmed or included in a sound recording. To this end, Attendees expressly authorise, free of charge, the capture and fixation of their image and/or voice during the holding of the Event, and its subsequent dissemination by the Organising Entity or third parties authorised by it through any communication medium, for promotional purposes linked to the Event and to the activity of the Organising Entity, for a maximum period of five (5) years from the date of capture. The Attendee may revoke the consent given at any time, by contacting the Organising Entity through the email address sonar@sonar.es, without such revocation affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal. In the case of minors whose access to the Event is permitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the authorisation provided for in this section must be granted by their legal representative, who must communicate that consent to the Organising Entity through the email address indicated.

17. DATA PROTECTION

The personal data provided at the time of acquiring a Ticket or as a user of the Website will be processed by the Organising Entity, in its capacity as data controller, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), and the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

The purposes and legal bases of the processing are as follows: (i) the management of the contractual relationship arising from the acquisition of Tickets, including invoicing and the handling of issues (legal basis: performance of the contract, Art. 6.1.b) GDPR); (ii) compliance with the applicable legal obligations, including those of a fiscal and accounting nature (legal basis: legal obligation, Art. 6.1.c) GDPR); and (iii) the sending of electronic commercial communications about services, products and promotions of the Organising Entity (legal basis: consent of the data subject, Art. 6.1.a) GDPR, which may be revoked at any time). Personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the indicated purposes and, in any case, for the legal limitation periods that may apply.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right not to be subject to automated individual decisions, by contacting the Organising Entity through the email address: sonar@sonar.es. Likewise, we inform you of your right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing of your personal data does not comply with the regulations in force.

When you use the online Ticket sales platforms, you must in turn read and accept their privacy policy.

18. LIABILITY OF THE ORGANISING ENTITY AND LIMITATIONS

Attendance at and access to the Event is at the account and risk of the Attendee, the Organising Entity not being in any case liable (except in the case of legal breach, wilful misconduct or gross negligence) for the losses, injuries or damages (whether direct or indirect) that may be suffered within the framework of the Event (inside or outside the Venue). The Attendee is responsible for their own behaviour during the Event and for the risks inherent in attending a mass event, undertaking to act responsibly and in accordance with the rules of safety and coexistence.

Without prejudice to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the liability of the Organising Entity will be determined in accordance with the regulations in force, being liable for the damages actually caused and duly evidenced. The Organising Entity will not be liable for any other expense associated with attendance at the Event (such as travel, accommodation or per diem expenses), nor for the value of items that may be damaged, lost or stolen during the Event, unless such damages are directly attributable to the wilful misconduct or gross negligence of the Organising Entity.

If access to the Venue is denied (or an Attendee or Ticket holder is expelled from it) for any of the reasons established in these Terms and Conditions or in the Event’s Particular Conditions, the Ticket (or Wristband, as applicable) acquired will cease to be valid, without any right to refund or return of any amount arising.

The controller of the processing of the images captured is the Organising Entity. The recordings will be kept for a maximum period of one (1) month from their capture, unless they must be made available to the competent authorities in the event of an incident. Attendees may exercise their rights of access, erasure and other rights recognised in the regulations in force by contacting the Organising Entity through the email address sonar@sonar.es.

In the event of an emergency, the Attendee must follow the instructions and indications of the Organising Entity and, in particular, of the Venue security staff.
